The 3 steps to your printed folder:
1) Request Templates:
We offer free layout templates for printed folders.
What size should the folder be? Are you looking to accommodate A4/A5 or US letter size? How many pages should fit in your printed folder? Will the content be sorted with a register?
Now it’s time to choose the suitable mechanism: Are the usual 2 holes enough? Or would a 4-pronged mechanism be better because there are so many pages? And what works better here: lever mechanism or tear-open/ring mechanism?
Finally, you decide how many millimeters high/thick the maximum paper content of your folder will be or how many pages of content are to be filed.
2) Adjust Layout:
Once you receive your personalized layout template from us, you can get started:
You now insert your desired design and adjust it to the given format. Industry standards like the Adobe Creative Cloud are perfect for this.
Make sure to use the CMYK color model and high-resolution images with a minimum of 300 DPI as well as already embedded fonts.
Please consider the area we have marked for the mechanism rivets in your design so that the printing is not disturbed by the metal rivets.
3) Upload print data:
Finally, you can upload the layout to our FTP server or simply send us your print data via email.
We print using digital or offset printing methods. The production of your printed folder will happen very promptly. The average delivery time is 10 working days.

Print: Digital printing can no longer be distinguished from offset printing. All special colours are possible in offset printing.
Embossing: A hot foil embossing always looks pretty stylish!
Surface: Our print finishing with PP film protects the print. The matt-smooth finishing is noble, a glossy structured surface is robust, a PP film “soft touch” demands to be touched.

Yes, of course! We offer you the full, worry-free service. The "Project Printed Folder" consists of these parts: The printed content, the suitable tabs, the fitting sheet protectors, all defined extra features, and of course the printed folder itself.
Now everything needs to be correctly assembled. Need the right shipping packaging too? No problem, we are familiar with various folder packages and will surely find the right one for your project.
