Analogous to ring binders and folders, our magazine files and slipcases are also produced in a bookbinding manner: High-quality art printing papers are printed using the offset process including all design wishes such as special colors and embossing, spot varnish etc. The full range of finishing foils with structured and smooth surfaces, matte or glossy, is also available for selection. Basically, there are no restrictions on the filler material and dimensions. Everything is possible in our individual production. Depending on the specification and edition, our slipcases and magazine files are also handcrafted.

1) Request templates:
You can obtain dimensional sketches or layout templates for printed magazine files and slipcases from us free of charge.
Is your magazine file/slipcase intended to hold A4 or A5 format?
What volume does the content for your planned magazine file/slipcase have? How many pages and how much mm thickness do the catalogs/folders/ring binders have, or what is the spine width?
2) Adjust layout:
After receiving your personal layout template from us, you can start:
Insert your desired design and adjust it to the given format. For this purpose, industry standards such as the Adobe Creative Cloud are perfectly suitable.
Please make sure to use the CMYK color model and high-resolution images with at least 300 DPI, as well as already embedded typefaces.
3) Upload print data:
You upload your finished print data to our FTP server or send it to us by email.
We print using digital or offset printing. The production of your printed magazine file or slipcase takes place in a timely manner. The average delivery time is about 15 working days.

Print: Digital printing is no longer distinguishable from offset printing. All special colors are possible in offset printing.
Embossing: A hot foil embossing always looks quite stylish and noble!
Surface: Our print finishing from PP foil protects the print. The matte-smooth finish looks quite noble, a shiny structured surface is robust, a PP foil “soft touch” demands to be touched.

What is the difference between slipcase and magazine file?
In slipcases, only one of the two narrow sides is open for insertion. Contents are pushed in. This means that the slipcase is filled from the front. Usually, the contents consist of a single folder/book/catalogue/binder. The slipcase encloses this content as perfectly as possible. The content is inserted like into a "garage".
Magazine files are open at the top and on the side. Their contents are usually only stabilised, but magazine files often offer space for additional content. They invite you to collect content. The magazine file is filled from the top. Unlike slipcases, magazine files usually accommodate different formats and printed products as well as sample cards. They keep everything neatly organised together. In the magazine file, you can combine many different products very flexibly.
Both magazine files and slipcases are available from us in all formats, lengths, and widths. Of course, collection copies are also possible if you want to order your slipcases or magazine files in the same design. Both formats offer space for advertising space.
