Our iba clamshell boxes are made of full cardboard, which is black or white on the inside. Depending on the purpose, the cardboard thickness varies from 1.2 to 3.0 mm. The outside and also optionally inside of our clamshell boxes are covered with a print sheet, which we refine according to your wishes.
To keep all your favorites in place, we manufacture inserts made of foam or cardboard – tailored to your individual needs. Stand out with our iba clamshell boxes – at trade fairs, as a representative, or in the office.
Collectors are likely to be particularly taken with our folding box in VHS look. Here your film series finds not only space but also admiration in cult old-school packaging.

Dimension sketches or layout templates for clamshell boxes are available free of charge from us.

2) Adjust layout:
After receiving your personal layout template from us, it starts:
You insert your desired layout and adapt it to the given format. Industry standards such as the Adobe Creative Cloud are ideally suited for this.
Please make sure that you use the CMYK color model and high-resolution images with at least 300 DPI and already integrated typefaces.
3) Upload print data:
Upload your finished print data to our FTP server or send it to us by email.
We print using digital or offset printing. The production of your custom printed clamshell boxes takes place promptly. The average delivery time is about 4-8 weeks, depending on the edition and workload.
