The 3 steps to your custom printed ring binder:
1) Idea finding and consultation:
You provide us with the planned content (format, scope), the expected quantities, the target group, or the objective for your ring binder. Together, we discuss your initial ideas for printing and design, ideally with your local consultant.
We are happy to send you free sample ring binders from existing productions with similar requirements. This way, you can convince yourself of the quality of our products and check all the details.
Once these questions about your personalized ring binder have been clarified, we immediately move on to our prototyping.
2) Your sample ring binder:
All your information goes to our sample maker. In our prototyping workshop, your specifications are implemented 1:1 into a first sample copy.
The aim is to define all technical details regarding format, filling material, mechanism, print finishing, and additional equipment.
Depending on the situation, the white sample is often sufficient to check dimensions and capacity. Samples from ongoing production show our quality.
An original sample 1:1 is always required when the ring binder, together with the original content, in context with other samples / product samples / product prototypes, should be photographed in advance. Digital printing and plotter technology make it possible to create almost 100% original prototypes. 1:1 samples are the premium class!
3) Manufacturing in Augsburg:
With your OK to the white / original sample, all technical details are fixed.
Now you send us your print data or alternatively, you receive the appropriate layout template in which you can insert your print data.
Then you receive the ripped PDF for visual and content control. Your approval of the print data is the start for production in our house.
We now print and produce the ring binder according to your wishes, completely individually according to your design. You will receive a proof sheet from the ongoing production within the first few days as a service and for anticipation in advance.
