The prototype was specifically developed to meet the needs of insurance carriers. The final product now successfully supports insurance professionals in customer retention. It provides ample space to gather all insurance documents in one place, allowing for quick retrieval without the need for extensive searching. The positive emotions associated with finding the necessary documents quickly are directly linked to the insurance carrier, happening every time the folder is accessed.

Task: Filing insurance documents.
Material: Approx. 2.2 mm cardboard, laminated on both sides with paper.
Size: Approx. H 318 x D 290 x W 75 mm
Extras: High-quality matte premium finish, business card pocket, metal grip hole

Thanks to the lever mechanism, contents can be easily hole-punched with a standard hole puncher and stored in the printed folder. This is a clear advantage for personal use compared to a 4-ring mechanism. The paper clip helps to keep the contents securely in place during transportation.

This printed folder is delivered with an insurance register. The entire print design is aligned with the insurance company’s corporate identity. It was particularly important to ensure that the colors of both products were precisely matched in the printing production. For this purpose, the main color was defined as a spot color in the printing data. Color-accurate proofs were created before the production of the prints.

Inside the folder, there is a business card pocket. This allows each employee to personalize the printed folder with their business card before handing it over to the client. This way, in addition to all insurance documents, the client also has all the contact details readily available.
